Personalized Legal Advice

Our job is to listen to you, give you options, and clearly explain how we believe your situation and your choices will play out based on our experience.

It’s also our job to help you slow down and think through your situation and its issues before deciding on the course of action that is right for you. Different people have different motivations and goals. We’ll help you determine what’s important to you and develop solutions that meet your specific needs.

“Our goal is to make sure that you feel confident making decisions on your legal issue.”

We actively listen to your concerns, asking questions to make sure we understand your situation and what you want to accomplish. Only then do we develop legal options for you to consider. We’ll explain the benefits/rewards and costs/risks of the options available to you. Our goal is to make sure that you feel confident making decisions on your legal issue.

As a high school teacher, Tom developed the ability to defuse and resolve stressful situations, and has instilled this approach throughout Rentschler Law LLC. One of the best compliments we get from clients is “I was so stressed out when I came in and I feel better after talking to you.” We’ve heard this remark from clients in all of our practice areas.

If you have an Estate Planning, Estate Administration or an Elder Law issue, you may have complex decisions to make; it’s our objective to help you make the decision that is right for you. If you have a Family Law or Divorce matter, there may be some factors that you don’t directly control. Regardless of the issue, we can help you think through the issues and decide what’s right for you and your family.
